Terms & Conditions

• Offer Validity:
  • Offer is only valid if the booking is made via www.onedinesfree.com platform. Participating restaurants reserve the right to decline the offer if the booking is not made through the platform.
  • The SMS/Email confirmation is mandated by the individual service provider. There could be a delay in delivery or it may be blocked due to network or service restrictions.
• Reservation & Participation:
  • The reservation and offer need to be communicated to the participating restaurant at the time of arrival.
  • This offer is valid for all Mastercard cardholders issued in Asia Pacific.
• Offer Scope:
  • Valid for applicable à la carte main courses as determined by the restaurant, excluding beverages, taxes, and duties.
  • Minimum pax per Mastercard card per table per bill:
    • For each bill, the offer can only be redeemed once. No splitting of the table or bill is allowed.
    • Please refer to each restaurant's minimum number of pax.
  • Examples:
    • Example A: 2 persons ordered 2 main courses; the cardholder pays for 1 main course.
    • Example B: 6 persons ordered 6 main courses; the cardholder pays for 5 main courses.
• Ordering Rules:
  • Cardholders and their guests must order at least one (1) main course each to enjoy the offer.
  • Examples:
    • Example A: Four diners ordering three main courses – no offer applies.
    • Example B: Four diners ordering four main courses – the offer applies.
• General Conditions:
  • The offer can be withdrawn by Mastercard without prior notice.
  • The dish of the least value will be considered as the promotional/offer element at redemption.
  • Cardholders are advised to confirm with the service staff which dishes are considered as Main Courses.
  • Reservations above 7 pax should be made directly with the restaurant; the offer will not be applicable.
  • There is no limit on the number of visits; each visit permits one redemptions per cardholder.
  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts, and is non-transferable. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
• Additional Conditions:
  • Offer is valid for dine-in only; not applicable for takeaways.
  • Not valid on eve of and Public Holidays, or on occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other blackout dates, which vary by city.
  • Reservations on blackout dates will not be accepted.
  • Other terms and conditions may apply as per written agreements between the restaurant, Mastercard, and Dining City.
  • For dietary restrictions or allergies, inform the restaurant at ordering.
  • Mastercard and Dining City do not guarantee the quality, quantity, or ambiance of the restaurant. Any issues should be addressed directly with the restaurant.
  • Mastercard and Dining City promote offers but do not endorse or recommend the restaurant services or products.
  • Reserving the right to refuse admission; individual restaurant terms may apply.
• Booking & Communication:
  • All bookings are subject to restaurant availability. Confirmation will be sent via email/SMS.

• Legal & Miscellaneous:
  • The offer is not valid where prohibited by law or where it cannot be continued for any reason.
  • Participation is voluntary; participants agree to all terms and conditions.
  • Disputes are subject to the courts of the respective country.
  • Any taxes or charges are the responsibility of the cardholder.
  • Amendments are at the discretion of the restaurant and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior, or the booking is deemed confirmed.
  • Personal data handling is managed by Dining City; Mastercard does not process personal data beyond the scope of this offer.
• Force Majeure & Rights:
  • Exceptions due to events beyond control (strikes, natural disasters, war, etc.) may excuse non-performance by the restaurant.
  • Restaurants reserve the right of admission.
