- Orders must be made at least 3 days in advance of the preferred collection date.
- Discount is also valid for walk-in purchases at the Mid-Autumn Booth (Hotel Forecourt) from 21 August 2026 to 25 September 2026.
- Discounts are not valid in conjunction with other ongoing offers, promotions or discounts.
- All confirmed orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- All items are subject to availability, and the management reserves the right to replace unavailable items with items of equal or lower value.
- Packaging boxes are designated by mooncake type and are not interchangeable.
- Delivery slots are subject to availability and are chargeable at S$35 nett per location.
- Undelivered mooncakes may be collected at the Mid-Autumn Booth (Hotel Lobby).
