1. Orders must be placed at least three (3) days prior to the collection or delivery date. Orders placed after 5pm will be considered as the next day’s order.
2. Self-collection is available at the Festive Counter in the Hotel Lobby, Level 1, from 10am to 7:30pm.
3. Delivery and self-collection are available from 19 November to 26 December 2024. The last delivery slot on 26 December is at 3pm.
4. There will be no delivery service on 24 and 25 December 2024.
5. Delivery to one location is chargeable at S$50 nett per location.
6. Complimentary delivery to one location is available for orders of S$300 nett and above, after discount.
7. Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
8. Offer is not applicable to delivery charges.
