- Advance reservation is required. WhatsApp +65 9710 1768 and quote "HSBC Cards Palate 1-for-1" to make your reservation.
- Offer is valid from 24 August till 31 December 2026 or while stocks last whichever earlier.
- Offer is limited to the first 60 redemptions per month only, available on a first-come, first served basis.
- Offer is valid for dine-in only. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Please quote "HSBC Cards Palate 1-for-1" when making your reservation. For online reservation, please indicate in the special requests/ note section.
- Offer is valid for up to a maximum of one complimentary Set Lunch menu per cardholder per table/bill.
- Offer is not applicable on Singapore Public Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
- Offer is served as specified; no substitutions, additions, deletions, conversions of dishes, or exchanges for other set menus are allowed.
- Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, other food, beverages, vouchers, or other promotional offers.
- All prices are subject to a 10% service charge, 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST), and cover/tea charges (where applicable).
- In the event that individual dishes are unavailable due to ingredient supply, seasonality, or other force majeure factors, the Merchant reserves the right to substitute them with dishes of equal value or quality without prior notice.
- To utilize the offer, full payment must be made with HSBC Prive or Premier Credit or Debit Card and the cardholder must be present, otherwise, the full price will be charged.
- Offers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, promotions, privileges, or vouchers.
- HSBC is not the supplier of the products and/or services hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, claim, or costs suffered or incurred by the eligible cardholder or any other person in relation to or in connection with the same in any manner whatsoever.
- In the event of any dispute, the Merchant and HSBC reserve the right of final decision.
