- Valid until 25 September 2026.
- Self-collection is available daily from 11.30am to 7.30pm at the Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Festive Booth located at the entrance of Bugis Junction, Level One, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel Singapore 188966.
- Delivery service is available from 10 August to 25 September 2026, from 11.30am to 7.30pm.
- Complimentary delivery is available to one location for orders of S$1,500 nett and above.
- For orders below S$1,500 nett, a delivery charge of S$35 nett per location applies, with an additional surcharge of S$4 applicable on the eve of and on public holidays.
- Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance prior to collection date.
- The last order must be placed by 22 September 2026.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be amended, and collection or delivery dates are fixed.
- All confirmed orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or redemption vouchers and are not applicable to delivery charges or the Premium Baked Mooncake Set.
- Discounts and promotions are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
- The management reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate the promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
