11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Each participant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. Persons not a party to the agreement have no right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
