It was interesting to see Indian wines, such as the Fratelli MS Red blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and Shiraz, on their wine list. Gin mixed with coriander, honey, ginger, and topped with a fluffy cloud of coconut foam, their cocktail “Siglap Coast View” bartender Karan, was a refreshing tropical sensation.
