1920 during the Japanese colonial period. During that time, she was given the name Yoshiko (which translates to 一芳in Chinese.). She was married to a young farmer working in a pineapple farm, and amidst the scorching heat, she brewed overripe pineapples to create refreshing drinks for her husband, providing a much-needed respite.

Inspired by Yi Fang’s legacy, our Signature Yi Fang Fruit Tea was born, carrying her name and her secret recipe. We encapsulate the essence of early Taiwan, cherished memories, and heartfelt hospitality. We achieve this by using homemade organic cane sugar, carefully selected seasonal fresh fruits, and all-natural ingredients—without any concentrated juices or powders.
