Overall reviews show a mixed impression of Food Junction's outlets, with frequent complaints about rude or inattentive staff and perceived high prices, but occasional praise for Kaya toast and some drinks. Kaya toast stands out as a recurring positive item, while desserts and certain beverages draw more negative feedback. A few staff members are singled out for excellent service. The tone ranges from negative to cautiously optimistic, with some reviews noting reasonable prices and quick service for specific items like fish soup.
