Most reviews praise Smooy's yogurt quality, tasty flavors, and wide toppings, along with friendly, attentive service and good value. Many mentions highlight consistent taste and a pleasant store atmosphere. Negative notes center on closing-time misinformation, a redemption issue, limited fruit availability, topping freshness concerns, and occasional loyalty or promo confusion. Overall, customer sentiment is strongly positive, with frequent repeat visits and recommendations.
