Shen Xi Imperial Soup

Reviews show a mixed experience: thick, hearty soups and mushroom-rich bowls are praised, while portions feel small and prices high. Service quality is frequently criticized, with rude attitudes and inconsistent attention. Hygiene concerns, including cockroaches in soup, are reported. Some dishes like pumpkin rice, pig trotters, and signature soups receive positive notes, and self-service or refills are appreciated in places. Overall impressions vary by dish and visit, though persistent issues with value and staff behavior dominate many critiques.
