Playmade

PlayMade bubble tea outlets receive largely positive feedback for friendly, attentive service and fresh, chewy pearls, with staff such as Bee Lian, Beverly, AJ and others frequently singled out. Customers praise quick service, accurate orders, and promotions that add value. However, experiences vary: long queues and wait times during peak hours; occasionally rude or inattentive staff; mis-orders or out-of-stock toppings; some drinks noted as overly sweet or diluted. Overall, PlayMade is seen as a popular, quality bubble tea brand with standout pearls, though consistency and service can improve across outlets.
