Reviews

All time

Very Positive93% of 5601

Pepper Lunch reviews show consistently strong food quality and value, with sizzling hot plates and quick service at many outlets. However, widespread feedback highlights inconsistent front-of-house experiences, long queues, slow or rude staff, and occasional hygiene or safety concerns. Positive mentions center on attentive individuals (especially Emily, Jasmine, and similar staff) who improve visits, while some customers report misorders and issues around QR/self-ordering and payment methods. Overall, patrons appreciate the core dishes but call for better training and ventilation.
