Nozomi @bistro Bytes

Overall impressions of Nozomi are positive, with reviewers praising fresh sashimi, quality ingredients, attentive service, and good value sets. Buffet experiences elicit mixed feedback: many enjoy the variety and generous portions, while some finds the dining pace slow, and there are concerns about time limits and wastage policies. Birthday celebrations and complimentary desserts are commonly mentioned as thoughtful touches, with staff such as Xiu Zhen repeatedly noted for excellent service. A few notes of inconsistency or high prices exist, but the prevailing view is that Nozomi delivers solid Japanese dining overall.
