Reviews predominantly describe overpriced, inconsistent pricing and poor value at the cai fan stalls. Customers report rude service, small portions, and cold or low-quality dishes. Billing errors and perceived scams are recurring complaints. A minority praise affordable options or improvements under new management, but overall sentiment is negative with frequent calls to avoid or skip the stalls.
