Reviews show a mix of positive experiences with friendly, fast service and affordable drinks, but frequently complain about rude or slow staff, long waits, wrong orders, and inconsistent pearl quality or hygiene issues. Overall customers note good value and wide flavor options, with some outlets delivering reliable service and taste.
