Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur

Reviews consistently praise Kimpton Naluria KL for warm, attentive staff; direct TRX Mall access and prime location; stylish, comfortable rooms and a strong breakfast/social hour program; rooftop pool and gym are highlights. Frequent friction centers on signage and lift navigation, occasional check-in delays, and inconsistent breakfast/service experiences. Ramadan buffets and some dining experiences drew mixed feedback, but overall guests would return for service and location.
