Hai Di Lao's Singapore outlets receive overwhelmingly positive feedback for attentive, friendly service and strong birthday celebration moments, with staff unforgettable for care, gifts, and even free manicures. While some branches face long waits or occasional service hiccups, customers consistently feel welcomed and valued and repeatedly return for celebrations and reliable quality.
