HDL outlets, especially Northpoint and Jurong Point, consistently deliver attentive, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff from Kai to Han Ying, Mei Zhu, Xiuhong, and many others are praised for proactive care, birthday celebrations, and complimentary manicures. The food is repeatedly described as fresh with strong soups and good variety. Occasional issues include understaffing during peak hours, promotion miscommunications, and slower service at Seletar Mall or Seletar when crowded. Overall, customers view HDL as reliable for celebrations and family dining, with nails and spa add-ons a popular bonus.
