Reviews converge on disappointing experiences at many outlets due to rude or slow staff, frequent order errors, long waits, and inconsistent portions and pricing in malls. While some customers praise friendly staff (notably Lisa or Irene) and affordable value at select outlets, the general sentiment is negative about service and hygiene, with occasional praise for certain dishes and air conditioning or ambience.
