Reviews

Customer reviews about the IMM Do Qoo/Dou Qoo location present a mix of positive notes on friendly, helpful staff and tasty desserts with frequent concerns about service quality. Many readers report slow, delayed, or disorganized service, occasional rude attitudes, incorrect or mispriced items, and instances of items not prepared fresh or being spoiled. Yet several patrons praise the waffles, mochi desserts, and value during promotions. Overall, customers see potential in the brand but cite ongoing inconsistencies in service and perceived value.
