Highlights

Reviews

Customers describe Châteraisé as offering high-quality Japanese cakes and pastries with broad variety; most impressions highlight fresh cream and light textures. Positive experiences center on staff friendliness, efficient service, and attractive displays. However, reviews also reveal inconsistent service across locations, with multiple instances of rude or inattentive staff, queues, mispackaging, out-of-stock items, price concerns, and assignment of candles/bags. Some patrons report damaged or expired pastries and issues with refunds or replacements. Overall, cake and ice cream offerings are appreciated, but customer experience varies by branch and staff.
