The reviews depict a mixed experience with the food quality, service, and ambiance at various outlets. Popular dishes like fish soup, popiah, and laksa receive praise for their taste and freshness, though concerns about portion sizes, pricing, and hygiene are common. Service quality varies from friendly and attentive to slow and inattentive, with some complaints about unfriendly staff and slow wait times. The small, cramped spaces and inconsistent standards across branches influence overall customer satisfaction, leading some patrons to prefer alternative dining options.
