Asian Market Cafe

Reviews consistently praise the Asian Market Café at Fairmont Singapore for its wide halal buffet, generous variety of Asian dishes, fresh seafood, and standout durian pengat. The service team, led by staff such as Goh Poh Siew and Sufian, is repeatedly commended for attentiveness, warmth, and ability to handle large groups, often with photos and birthday surprises. Value improves with credit-card promotions (notably 50% off). Some guests report crowds, noise, slow replenishment, and uneven food quality, with occasional dining-floor missteps. Overall, many see AMC as a reliable, hospitable venue for celebrations and large gatherings when promotions apply.
